    Broken discovery, vanishing trust. Tickets existed. The journey didn't.

    Event-goers drowned in Instagram chaos, WhatsApp noise, unclear pricing. Checkout friction killed conversions. Promoters overpromised, venues oversold. Competitors pushed tickets, nobody owned the full loop: browse, decide, book, attend, return. Business bet: own the journey, earn the trust.

    Young professionals wanted curated nights, got discovery chaos. The gap: no platform owned the complete experience. Our edge: behavioral spontaneity design for 6-24 hour bookings, VIP retention architecture that tripled engagement, machine-readable schemas built for AI-mediated discovery before the shift.

    Process



    40 interviews. 50 screens. 6 A/B tests. Four loops that shipped real outcomes.

    40+ user and venue owner interviews revealed friction points: search overload, pricing ambiguity, FOMO anxiety. Built Adobe XD design system across 50 screens, slashed dev handoff 40%. Ran 6 checkout A/Bs, won 25% conversion lift. Weekly velocity: feedback Friday, design Monday, dev by Wednesday. Tools: Adobe XD, Flutter, Firebase, Mixpanel.

    Every screen had one job: cut friction, build trust, make the next step obvious.

    Discovery feed with behavioral defaults cut decision fatigue. VIP checkout leveraged social proof as retention moat. Event detail exposed transparent pricing and live counts, lifted engagement 16%. QR confirmation with calendar sync dropped no-shows 12%. Design principles: clarity beats flash, 3-tap max, trust signals everywhere.
